I saw Dr Williams before my breast cancer operation. She took the time to explain exactly what was going to occur during my operation, including drawing me a diagram of the affected area and what the procedure would be. She listened to my concerns and made me feel more confident about the procedure.
Dr Williams was courteous and kind. I would highly recommend her services.
