Went with my Mother in Law for an appointment at Queen’s for an ongoing issue that she has been seeing her for. Miss Wuntakal spent a long time explaining to her what was wrong, what treatment she suggested and why. She made us feel at ease, able to ask questions and included us both in those conversations. We felt we could trust her and my Mother in Law saw her as kind. On a previous occasion when she saw her for a scan / procedure she was looked after well, with dignity and kindness. The nurse supporting her was also wonderful.
