Excellent care from Mr Magro and his team of 2 nurses. From the moment I entered his room he gave me his full attention. Listened to and answered my questions and concerns. Explained everything before and during the hysteroscopy. Gave me options. Respected my wishes. Kept reviewing my comfort level. Topped up pain relief at my request as duration was extended due to a machine not working and needing to be replaced. Nurses (sorry if that’s not their title) assisted him very efficiently and sympathetically. Constantly checking I was ok. All very reassuring. An absolute A Team! Having such an intimate procedure by a man can feel awkward but when you’re in such excellent care, knowledge and expertise, there’s no question for me that I was in the best hands and top quality care of my health. Not rushed. Did all he could to help me feel relaxed. Thank you Mr Magro for your patient, attentive and excellent care. (King George’s hospital, end of Feb 2024)

Doctor Magro is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered in all my intervention with health professionals, he was empathetic, polite and very kind to me. He listened patiently to my worries on the options about my health concern and was able to allay my fears by explaining the process to me. The session that I had with him makes me comfortable to make immediate decision about progressing my procedure. I wish he would be the one to work with me throughout my procedure. Thank you, Doctor, you’re the best.
