I had a biopsy taken from the uterus at the Royal Surrey County Hospital by Miss Perovic and she refused to give me a local anaesthetic. I almost passed out with the pain. She showed absolutely no care or consideration. I am mentally traumatised and feeling depressed. I have barely slept since and have nightmares. I've never felt so let down by a consultant. She saw I was in great distress during the procedure but didn't stop. She did not care.

I visited Ms Perovic with suspected endometriosis in 2022. Having explained all my symptoms, she immediately noted that she did not think I had endometriosis but took me for a scan regardless. I had the scan, in which she noted my ovaries were in great shape and as expected, no endometriosis. As of early 2023, I’ve actually had multiple other scans AND surgery to confirm that I have stage 3 endometriosis and adenomyosis, with the worst effected area being my ovaries. I’m unsure what led her to the conclusion that I did not have endometriosis, or why she was so sure I did not before the scan, but a misdiagnosis of over a year has surely made it worse and I’m now having to have extensive surgery to clear everything out.

Miss Perovic took time to explain and discuss my options. Having decided on a hysterectomy the appointment for the surgery came quickly. On the day of the operation she again allowed me plenty of time to ask questions. The team preparing me for surgery were brilliant. Miss Perovic came to see me on the ward the next day to discuss how the surgery had gone and to give advice for recovering well. I am recovering quickly. I wholeheartedly recommend Miss Perovic as a surgeon.

In April 2017 I had a total hysterectomy. I was under the care of Miss Perovic and her team for the tests prior to my surgery and my final operation. The care I received was excellent, Miss Perovic was approachable and informative. She was polite and very professional at all times. I am very happy that Miss Perovic was my consultant and surgeon as I could not recommend her high enough.

I saw Ms Perovic via Bupa at Sevenoaks Private Hospital. I found her to be informative and easy to understand the options she presented with my particular case. He exam was very thorough and I felt assured by her diagnosis. I would use her again and recommend her.
