I normally don't do reviews but only on occasions I feel really impacted, this is one. I will say with deepest honesty that from the point I aired my complaints to Henrietta over arrangements I was unhappy with, even though I knew it was no fault of hers, she listened. She arranged a face to face meeting with me, I met her and knew I was in good hands. She took her time to explain every detail I sought to know, and from then on, I knew she deserved to be thanked. The procedure went smoothly, I remembered Henrietta coming to check up on me as I recuperated, and I was happy that even in my weak state, I was able to whisper a thank you to her.

Today I had a video consultation with Ms Wilson. She answered every question, explained everything in easily understandable simple terms, did not rush at all, filled me full of confidence and presented in a professional and confident way but with great humor and careing . I will soon be operated on by Ms Wilson and following my meeting today am full of confidence .
