Hi, Dr Moldovan was very understanding about the length of time before receiving a telephone consultation and explained how there is more patients than staff, and sympathised how your left with pain and discomfort longer than expected to Gave good advice about medication she will be giving me and will follow up to check that I am well.

Dr Moldovan was very nice and explained me well. Why did it too long to get the appointment. The system is not good. Being medical Professional myself, when I had to access the system, I was barred from everywhere, I felt for the layman whom we see every day. I needed to speak to GP on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, without any luck was running from pillar to post when I was poorly. Pharmacy should be given some authority to give prescriptions in case of emergencies, such a covid in people with clinical vulnerable people.

Dr Moldovan has helped me no end she has listened and understood my condition so well. I feel I can trust Dr Moldovan totally I feel safe and secure talking to her about all my medical problems and she has diagnosed and treated my condition without hesitation. My wife and I truly believe Dr Moldovan saved my life
