Every time the people how work there are very nice, friendly and helpful.
Suggested improvements
Sometimes, I have a problem with the system when I try to connect with the surgery. With the new system and E-consult, it is a little easier than before, but some of the questions there are not every time connected with the condition how I try to explain.
