I am 52 and had lens replacement surgery on both eyes with Dr Carrim in the last month. Amazing experience start to now (and looking forward to beyond with fresh eyes!). The examination, the equipment available in Mauritius, his highly trained and dedicated team that surrounds him, discussions on options for what i was looking for, pros and cons, time allocated to come to a clear , considered decision by patient, Doctor and his team is rare and something i have not experienced before in the medical field. The pre operation care, teh smoothness with which things went on operation day, and post operation care and attention has been better than world class for me. We used latest technology all the way matched by a team trained and capable of making the best of it. The result is full satisfaction. Many thanks to Dr Carrim and the team at Eye Clinic. Very fortunate to have this level of service in Mauritius.

On behalf of my mother. I took my mom for a first visit with Dr Carrim in February 2020 and the warmth, empathy and caring were highly appreciated. Unfortunately we could not proceed with the treatment due to COVID but resumed in February 2023. My mom and myself are very appreciative of the professionalism and level of service received from the team and Dr Carrim. The medical condition of my mom was an issue for her treatment but the explanations and confidence of Dr Carrim removed all those fears and the bilateral operation with removal of cataract and IOL placement happened as planned.
