Dr Zia Carrim was highly recommended to me by my brother-in-law. I was not deceived. The doctor immediately puts you at ease. He is kind, patient, professional. I had cataract/lens replacement surgery for both eyes. Examinations were done by his assistants Ms Raawiyah Mohamudally and Mr. Abdullah Munglah who are well trained and polite. Thereafter the doctor discussed about the options for lenses and his way to proceed with the operation was well explained.
Throughout the operation, the doctor explained what he was doing. The operation went well. Thank you Doctor Carrim. I would also like to thank Dr Reshma Gaya, the anesthetist, for her kindness and her way to explain things to you with calm, Dr. Carrim's assistant in the operating room.
Ms Raawiyah and Mr. Abdullah did the 2nd post operative checkup and they were professional as always. One of the things that I appreciated is that sometimes I did not understand things in the first instance and they did not hesitate to explain over again.
