Dr Pinder made me feel totally at ease. She was very gentle in her approach and was very reassuring. I am now discharged but was assured that my doctor could contact her any time my eczema flared up again.

Dr Pinder is very considerate and takes the time to fully explain the treatment. I felt totally at ease throughout both appointments. She made sure I was comfortable at all times and even apologised when I winced at the injection! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr Pinder to any potential patient.

Dr Pinder is the most caring doctor that I have encountered and so easy to talk to with regards to any problem or questions, she puts you at ease and explains everything that is going on. I have now been signed off from seeing her but she said if my problem returns or I’m not happy then to just come back and see her. Dr Pinder is a credit to Epsom hospital.

Dr Vanessa Pinder is amazing. My daughter was 4 years old when we first met and she knew exactly how to talk to her and the right language to use. We were in a very frightening place and Dr Pinder gave us a diagnosis and treatment plan followed up with lots of reassurance and support. My daughter is consequently at ease throughout her appointments and ongoing treatment. We are always treated with respect and given the time we need at appointments. I have always found Dr Pinger approachable and she has gone above and beyond when we have been in need of urgent advice. We could not ask for anymore. Thank you

Couldn't have asked for better care - she explained the procedures thoroughly, took great care to ensure I wasn't in any discomfort (picking up event the slightest sign), and made me feel like I was in the safest hands
