Very good surgeon. Very personable and chatty - made me feel at ease. Nothing was too much trouble. Was careful to explain what he was going to do.

My mother had a series of operations for nose cancer and these were expertly performed by Dr Sinclair Gore during November, December and early January 2014. Right from our very first meeting he put us at our ease, explained everything to us very carefully and asked our thoughts, questions etc. at regular intervals. We were treated as equals throughout and nothing was too much trouble. We were kept up to date with all that was going to happen, what was happening and what should be done next. Dr Sinclair Gore was extremely caring, professional, talented and genuine. We all felt that we were in extremely good, capable hands and had complete and utter faith in him. Many, many thanks to you and the whole team Sinclair.

In the ward, at all times, the service was prompt, with surgeries running to time. My max waiting time was probably 15 minutes. The nursing and administrative staff were as attentive as I wanted. Mr Gore was very engaging, giving me all the information about the treatment that I could have wanted, answered questions honestly and fully and did a great job in the operation itself, actually better than both of us expected. The follow up care was great, and I think the outcome could not have been better. It was a pleasure to be treated by Mr Gore, and I can only hope that any further interactions with the NHS are as smooth as this. The only complaint about the visit was the perennial problem of parking availability.

My father-in-law Alfred Chapman who is in his 94th year has a tumour on his wrist and was seen by Dr Sinclair Gore this afternoon regarding the removal of the growth. Dr Gore greeted us both in a respectful, kind and professional way. He explained the proceedure in laymans terms and made us both feel at ease. Dr Gore proceeded to telephone the relevant departments and Hospitals to try to ensure that surgery could be taken place without further delay and also advised an urgent blood test should be completed so that the results could be ready for the operation. I went home feeling thankful for Dr Gore's amazing attention to detail and his compassion to Alf . Jackie Bunting the attending Nurse was also kind and attentive and really lovely to Alf which was so appreciated which meant a lot to both of us. Hospital visits are always unnerving, but our experience today was excellent. So a huge thank you to Dr Gore and Jackie Bunting.

I saw Dr Gore in outpatients following a CT scan. He was extremely imformative and explained my condition in a way that was easy for me to understand. When I asked questions for him to clarify the scan results he went over them again so that I fully understood everything and he put my mind at ease for the future. He then explained the fuiture proceedure for lymph node tests/removal and further removal of flesh from the original excision. I was more than satisfied with the way I was treated. 10/10
