In the ward, at all times, the service was prompt, with surgeries running to time. My max waiting time was probably 15 minutes. The nursing and administrative staff were as attentive as I wanted. Mr Gore was very engaging, giving me all the information about the treatment that I could have wanted, answered questions honestly and fully and did a great job in the operation itself, actually better than both of us expected. The follow up care was great, and I think the outcome could not have been better. It was a pleasure to be treated by Mr Gore, and I can only hope that any further interactions with the NHS are as smooth as this.
The only complaint about the visit was the perennial problem of parking availability.
