Really useful having access to phototherapy at home. The NCOT provide a convenient efficient and friendly service making it easier for new parents. Richard was great in overlooking everything and providing effective clinical expertise, he goes out of his way in providing a great service.

Dr Richard Mupanemunda is the most caring doctor I’ve met to date. He takes his time and listens to your concerns as parents and puts forward his opinion, he goes above and beyond for the baby’s and there care & shares the most respect to them when doing so he really is a kind man,

I was asked to come in with my 3 week old to check her Jaundice. Dr Richard was so nice he was very gentle and careful while taking a blood sample and explained everything as he was working and looking at her.

He doesn’t complain when you’re asking 101 questions, he does everything he can to support or get you support. He listens to every request and I cannot be more grateful to have him be the one my daughter goes to see.
