Dr Owen Roberts was extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful in his approach to exploring my ADHD symptoms and how these impact my working life and personal life. I previously felt shameful of some of the symptoms I was experiencing, however he was non-judgmental, understanding and validating of my lived experiences. This has allowed me to gain a better understanding of my symptoms and alleviated some of the guilt and shame I previously felt. He took a holistic approach to the assessment and we were able to make a collaborative care plan. I have been singing his praises to anyone who will listen to me since and have recommended him to a few friends/colleagues.

Dr Owen Roberts was fantastic, kind and easy to speak to. I've had issues my whole life but decided to finally do something about them this year. I was diagnosed with ADHD during out appointment, and look forward to the work that follows to get the parts of my life this has effected under control.

Understanding, sympathetic and gave me time to talk whilst listening and responding to everything I had to say.
