The care from this consultant is at the very top of patient expectancy. That I am a retired colleague may have some relevance in that in this day and age many doctors treat old colleagues as if they were no different from the average patient with practically no understanding of medicine and certainly not deserving of any special privileges. Dr Dempsey I am certain brings his high standards to bear on every patient but it is hugely reassuring to be treated by someone who recognises that I may have some insight into my own medical condition. Being a professional myself also allows me some insight into the level of communication, efficiency and reassurance that a colleague can give and Dr Dempsey passes all these tests with flying colours.

Dr. Dempsey exhibits true professionalism demonstrating contemporary knowledge, an open approach and great courtesy. He was polite, punctual and put me at ease. Also he generated a good team spirit at his clinic with friendly staff including receptionist and clinic nurses. His aftercare was exceptional in that he explained and described the next move. First class doctor.

DrDempsey has a remarkably reassuring manner and consulations with him left me feeling as confident as possible given the circumstances. I left him smiling [ me not him , though he was] . I am not sure if this is the place comment on his team at A.R.I. but I want to say again how cheerful , pleasant and helpfull they all were. Dr Dempsey explained comprehensivly what appeared to be wrong and what steps were going to be taken to rectify matters.

Dr Owen Dempsey is very thorough and caring. He puts the patient at ease and he will discuss the illness and symptoms in an easily understood way, ensuring that the patient is fully aware of their problem. Hi I am a patient of Dr Dempsey and feel very lucky for it from the moment I met Dr Dempsey I felt at ease .his manner and professionalism shone through he tells you everything in clear normal talk and hides nothing shows you your xrays and explains what he sees and shows you what's there. you totally feel he's going to be there for you no matter the outcome good or bad. he will do his best for you your his patient not a number on a list I know what's wrong with me it won't get better but thanks to Dr Dempsey he's keeping it from getting worse for now and monitors every change keeping me totally informed I can't praise him enough he's a rare breed a really good man and great doctor .
