Dr Owen Dempsey is very thorough and caring. He puts the patient at ease and he will discuss the illness and symptoms in an easily understood way, ensuring that the patient is fully aware of their problem. He is very thorough in discussion and logging up to date diagnoses. I feel great confidence that he will do the best for me
