I had a video consultation with Dr Williams. He was very polite and was most precise in his questions. Dr Williams clearly listened to my replies and to my comments, which I found very accurately reflected in the letter which he subsequently wrote to my GP.
It was impressive that, after the consultation, Dr Williams took the trouble to look up the results of an echocardiogram which I underwent almost five years ago, which he used to inform his initial comments to my GP; and which he also used as a comparison with the echocardiogram which he prescribed after our consultation.
The consultation and the subsequent follow-up could not be bettered.
