My experience with Dr John Swales was a very good one, I would highly recommend him to anyone who is thinking about going through the procedure that I underwent. The doctor was very precise in the pre opp giving me all the information that i was going to ask about it before i even had to. During the opp he was very calm and was not afraid to have a chat with you whilst operating on you which made me feel more relaxed. Thankyou.

full details of the procedure given, at pre-op and on the day. excellent advise on after-op procedures and what to do next. very friendly, understanding of other medical conditions that may affect the procedure. supportive all the way through and went into detail about any / all complications that could occur with statistics on the likely hood of them. talked through any anxieties I had about the op and eased me through them. Assurances given for support and where to get it at each stage. very good doctor. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
