The doctor is fine. But when the admin staff become a barrier to medical treatment , the doctor does need to take note and take appropriate action

I am a second time around new patient to Broadstairs health centre. What a transformation from many many years ago! All staff great and welcoming - receptionists doctors nurses. I am so impressed. Well done everyone and feel secure knowing I am looked after by you.
