I went to Dr Swales for a vasectomy and to be honest was very nervous and hesitant, however after my first appointment I felt more at ease. On the day of the procedure he was considerate and informative, I did not feel rushed and he explained the whole process in language I could understand.

I was seeking a vasectomy on the NHS and had a pre-op appointment with Dr Swales. I immediately felt relaxed as he explained the whole procedure and possible complications. Returning for the procedure 3 months later i was again struck by his great manner and professionalism. He put me at great ease and the procedure went smoothly. In December last year I saw Doctor Swales for a Vasectomy. The procedure was fully explained to me and Doctor Swales made me feel completely at ease. He answered all questions and was very professional during the original consultation and also the following procedure.
