This was my third appointment with Dr Thaventhiran, the last one was a telephone session; after each encounter I have felt reassured by him. He has a professional, but very 'human' approach. Dr Thaventhiran has a calm and gentle manner which puts one at ease immediately upon meeting him. He has never rushed our appointments or made me feel foolish for asking 101 questions!

I found him extremely polite, interested in me as the patient but also included my husband in our discussions. He made me totally at eased and answered all my questions in a manner And language I understood by this I mean lay man terms as opposed to medical jargon.

Very warm and friendly, listened to me fully and gave me very realistic and concise answers. Took plenty of time to run through everything and make sure I was happy.

Takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and makes sure to always ask if there's any questions I may have.
