Dr James Thaventhiran initially diagnosed i had low IGG level. Took the time to listen to my concerns and explained what i have in great detail outlining the plan of action going forward after he had done all bloods, scans etc. Extremely thorough and calm in explaining in simple layman terms what he felt i had and the way forward to monitor everything setting a base plan out for the future should things get worse. Glad im under his professional care and guidance for the future.

Super friendly and knowledgeable. Even though not the best news was given to me in a way that didn’t seem too scary or daunting. Reassuring advice given and happy to undergo treatment recommended by him.

Helpful Dr who suggested treatment but only got a clinic letter after phoning his secretary 4 times and it took 5 months in total. It's only now the it has been sent to my GP that treatment can start.

How lucky are we to have Dr Thaventhiran. He made me feel at ease as soon as I met him. Very informative, explains everything, doesn’t rush you. Caring, kind, patient and professional.

Dr Thaventhiran was friendly and really listened. He was easy to talk to and explained things to me in a way I could understand. I felt he had time for me and was very thorough. I felt confident that I was in the best hands. He put me at ease and didn't talk down to me which is something doctors seem to often do.
