I met Dr Jones immediately before my operation. He explained everything that was going to happen both before and after my operation very clearly and in a manner that was easy to understand. He answered all of my questions again clearly and explained any technical terms to my complete satisfaction. I am someone who likes to know what is going to happen being an Engineer before I retired so you can find out as much or as little detail as you wish to know about your upcoming anaesthesia.
Once in the Theatre the discussions continued as I was given the anaesthetic. Ask Dr Jones about his bucket of £30 notes! He will know what you are asking about!
After the operation I felt exactly as Dr Jones described.
Dr Jones completely put me at ease both before and after the operation and I consider myself extremely lucky that he was my Anaesthetist. I would high recommend him to anyone requiring the services and skills that he provides. Thank you so much Dr Jones.

Dr hywel jones was brilliant I was nervous, he made me laugh and feel better about my operation, he introduced himself shook my hand and was very kind and asked if I had any worries or concerns. I would highly recommend him
