My Mother, Margaret Baxter, saw Dr Hugh Jones today for the second time. I always go with her to all appointments. Dr Jones explained everything about the problem my Mother has on the first visit. After seeing blood test results today, which was given to my Mother yesterday by her own GP, he again took the time to explain the results in such a way that my Mother understood what he was talking about. My Mother hates seeing doctors, as most time she don't know what they mean , this is not the case with Dr Jones. He put her at ease from the start, and she hopes that if she has to be seen again for the problem, it will be by him.

I saw Dr. Hugh Jones today as an outpatient. I see him every 3 months when he gives me a steroid(?) injection to help ease the pain of the arthritis in my right knee. He is always friendly and cheerful and I feel content to take his advice on any matter that might arise. I am happy to continue the injections with Dr. Jones for as long as he advises. Edith Levitt.

After two years of being pushed from pillar to post, and fobbed off, by every specialist under the sun, I finally had the good fortune to be referred to Dr Hugh Jones, who was able to diagnose my hip problems, answer all my questions, without talking down to me or patronising me. I would highly recommend Dr Hugh Jones and I hope that there will now be be a speedy resolution to my on going health problems.

I see Dr Jones every three months and I find him very courteous, friendly and helpful. He listens to what I say and gives excellent advice, I always leave with a smile on face. I have known Dr Jones for a number of years and would highly recommend him. Whenever I have visited Dr Jones I feel confident that he truly cares about my well-being.
