Frances is brilliant! It was my first experience going to a psychiatrist and had many elements I wanted to share to give a wholistic picture of how I got to where I was and she was very calm and welcoming.Made me feed very comfortable and in a non judgmental and safe space. She took the time to truly understand my situation and was compassionate. I would absolutely recommend Frances to any one for any variety of issues.
I had a private consultation with Dr Klemperer on 15th October 2018 and she was absolutely brilliant. She really took the time to truly understand in great detail everything I had been experiencing over the years - she was highly attentive, a great listener and very thorough. I felt very reassured by her attention to detail, her obvious extensive knowledge and her friendly and caring approach. She was warm, encouraging and insightful. I would highly recommend Dr Klemperer to anyone seeking a psychiatrist.
Dr Klemperer was absolutely brilliant. Very intelligent as well as warm, highly practical, and bang on with her diagnoses and treatment. She was also so kind in her emails to me when I asked for advice, even out of hours - providing detailed responses that went way above and beyond the standard level of care. Highly, highly recommend
Dr Klemperer was thorough, thoughtful, kind and compassionate -she made me feel comfortable and made me feel I was in very capable hands.
Wonderful experience, Dr Frances was incredibly attentive, learned a lot about my self during the process
