I was treated for head & neck pain using TMS by Dr Neals team. whilst it hasn't cured my condition my pain levels are much reduced & treatment has much improved my general mood. I will be continuing the treatment once per month in the hope of further improvements.
Conducted thorough assessment and listened carefully.

From the initial consultation with Dr Neal I felt he was genuinely empathetic and answered all my questions providing me with strong reassurance. Throughout the TMS at the Smart Clinic Dr Neal was easily approachable, supportive and provided excellent follow up care. Would very much recommend
I received TMS for DPD at the Smart clinic in London under the care of Dr Neal. He was genuinely empathetic and particularly open to discussing possible options this involving me in my care. I responded very well and am contuining to improve whilst being actively followed up. Would highly recommend Dr Neal and his team at the Smart Clinic
I would thoroughly recommend Dr Neal and all of his team to everyone for their truly heartfelt care and compassion (they really are a great bunch!) From my first appointment I felt safe, reassured and, importantly, could tell they genuinely cared. I had RTMS treatment for depression - If / when my symptoms come back in the future, I know I don't need to go back on those horrible tablets that seem to take a lifetime to work (if at all) - instead I will be going straight back to Dr Neal. That's a fabulous reassurance to have for the future after half a lifetime of pills.
