This was my second operation in 5 weeks and I was extremely happy to have Dr Chris Marshall as my anaesthetist again. I was hoping this would be the case after the exemplary care I had received the previous time I was looked after by him.

Dr Marshall introduced himself to me prior to my operation, he was very pleasant and understanding, he explained everything very clearly about my procedure and provided the time for me to ask any questions.

Very personable and friendly and put me at ease straight away. Listened to my concerns . I have had MANY GA's and most often I have been sick afterwards. Not this time. I told Chris this and whatever he did worked as I came round feeling fine. Although I am no stranger to the OT I still get nervous when those needles go in to send me to sleep. We discussed the probelms with my veins (post chemo) and he listened and discussed with me the best way foward. I did not feel rushed at all and he took the time to LITSTEN .. ( and he has gorgeous eyes ! ) Thank you Chris for making my operation experience so pleasant and good luck
