Dr Christopher Marshall

I felt very safe in his hands, his manner is extremely caring and he takes time to answer your questions and help you feel at ease. I had worked along side him before when I was a scrub nurse and when I knew he was my doctor for my operation I was extremely pleased.

Dr Marshall was absolutely amazing. I was extremely nervous about my surgery, as it was major and 6 hours long. Dr Marshall explained what was going to happen and asked if I had any concerns. My main concern was my heart, as I had some palpitations and arrhythmia in the past. Dr Marshall was very reassuring and explained what they could do if that happened during surgery. He told me that he would keep me safe and that was exactly what I needed to hear. I am so grateful to Dr Marshall and his team. They helped to feel safe during a very difficult time and I am extremely grateful to them for their care.

Chris explained everything very clearly to me and gave me time to ask any questions I may have had. He did an amazing job in making me feel reassured at a worrying time and I felt safe in his care.

He put me at ease and explained what was going to happen very clearly. He also remembered me from a previous procedure which I found quite amazing

My experience with Dr Chris was exceptional. He made me feel calm and reassured, explaining clearly and answering all my questions with patience and kindness that helped ease my nerves before the procedure.

I was so nervous having a tonsillectomy, I don't think i would have gone through with it if it wasn't for Dr Marshall being so reassuring before the procedure. He had clearly read my notes and knew my history and he listened to all my anxieties about anesthetia. He has such a calm and reassuring presence, when I saw him in the anesthetic room as I was being put to sleep i knew I'd be fine. I didn't have any problems waking up and definitely didn't feel anything during the procedure. Thank you Dr Marshall!

Dr Christopher marshal introduced himself before the procedure and assured me he is going to take good care all through a step that relaxed me very much he is also very friendly and helpful and he assured me of his support and explained what is going to happen I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure and he came after the procedure to check on me which was very nice to see that I am ok and if I need anything His approach and communication were more than excellent as I was worried about the procedure I would like to thank him for his supper care

I was a day case having key hole surgery and right from start to finish, I felt in safe hands. It was very clear from our first meeting Dr Chris Marshall had read my notes and previous surgeries. He took all information on board and had the courtesy to re-check before my procedure went ahead. He had a plan of how to look after me and aware of additional complications, like my idiopathic anaphylaxis and put precautions in place to ensure all areas were covered where possible. Dr Chris Marshall was extremely professional, polite and well mannered. He was able to read my body language and the type of person I am, making my experience more relaxing and reassuring me that I would be well looked after. He was also teaching another colleague and I was impressed with how he included her in discussions and why he was taking certain precautions. He made me feel very at ease given my circumstances and I honestly had no worries or concerns. Many thanks for my positive experience and ensuring I would wake after my surgery!

When he came round to discuss the anaesthetic I knew I was in good hands. He made good eye contact, wasn't distracted and I felt heard. I felt at easy and his cheerful bedside manner made me feel calm and ready for the procedure.

I was so nervous about going in to have my gallbladder removed but throughout the whole process the level of care and attentiveness was amazing. I was made to understand everything that was going on regarded to my procedure and nothing was too much; all of my questions got answered. I cannot fault anything and if ever I had to return to have any other treatment I would feel safe and assured that I would be in the best of hands.
