Prior to my operation Dr Marshall made time to explain what he would be doing in preparation for my procedure and how it would progress. He was friendly and explained everything in simple terms that were easy to understand. When I was being readied for the operation everything progressed as he said it would which put me at ease. I would be happy to be looked after by him at any time in the future.

The Doctor on the day of the operation went through of the process and explained what was about to happen which really helped to feel safe and relaxed of the op that was already a concern for me. I really appreciate his team's care on the day.

Dr Marshall had a lovely manner from the first introduction, he made me feel at ease straight away. He was genuinely caring with regards to my fear of needles and was very kind throughout the whole process. He told me everything that would be happening and I felt safe in his care.
