Upon arrival, he came and introduced himself to me and put me at ease. He explained what would happen along with different options I could consider for some aspects. When I was just going into theatre, I became very nervous and he again put me at ease before putting me under. He did a great job and I would highly recommend.

Dr Marshall made a point of introducing himself before my operation, asking about my medical history and previous reaction to anesthesia. He explained the procedure, and assured me of his care throughout the procedure. I felt in good hands.
