I was welcomed by Emma who was very friendly and made me feel at ease.
Dr Eaton was also friendly and informative explaining everything I needed to know about the procedure.
The result was excellent with almost no visible sign of the procedure after a couple of weeks.

Dr Heaton explained the procedure he was going to do very precisely and made me feel very at ease with his friendly manner.
He was ably assisted by Nurse Emma and she also made me feel relaxed and confident.

My father had a minor operation today completed by Dr Heaton. What a lovely doctor and his team. Super service from start to finish. They were all very friendly to my father and explained everything that was going to happen.
Made a 'not looking forward to this appointment' into a much more pleasant one.

First class Dr great professional in every way informative to the point but with good sense of humour and manner putting me at ease. Amanda the nurse was also really good again very professional really helpful and made me feel comfortable with everything happening.
Dr Heaton and Nurse Amanda are proof of every thing good about the NHS.
