I remember my first appointment with Dr Grimston, aged 15 years old amidst the whirlwind of adolescence. I remember thinking 'phew, she's really nice'. 15 years and numerous appointments later, I could not be happier with the care and treatment that I have received. Throughout this time, Dr Grimston has consistently been a smiling, calming and reassuring face at routine appointments; and a supportive shoulder to cry on throughout more serious health scares and referrals. The bond we have developed over the years as patient and doctor feels very special and I feel incredibly lucky - I know I will probably never be able to replicate this with future GP's. Thank you Dr Grimston for being the best that I could have ever hoped for in a GP plus so much more. I shall miss you! Leanne X

I have been a patient of Dr Grimston for almost 20 years and have found her to be both kind and professional. Having been through some tough times medically in the last 10 years her understanding and compassion for her patients is evident. I can't speak highly enough of my GP

I'm not sure where to start. I've had ongoing health issues for the past 3 years. Dr Grimston has been there for me every step of the way. With possible endo, a long diagnosis is to be expected, she hasn't once given up on me. I've spent many an appointment sat in her office sobbing and she has fought for me when I was so close to giving up. On top of the medical side she also referred me for CBT (the therapist said the referral was amazing, so in depth- she really does care) which I'm currently having, I will also start grief counselling when the cbt ends. I'm about to start treatment for endo too. I feel, for the first time in years, positive. Dr Grimston has helped me to start clawing my life back, getting my fight back, getting my smile back! She's a very very rare kind and I could never thank her enough.
