Reviews
She was caring ,pleasant ,and easy to talk to with a very down to earth attitude.I know two people who have been under her and both said how lovely she was. I have every confidence in her. I would like this opportunity to thank her for all her help.
This doctor is thoroughly professional and inspires confidence. She explained the procedures and treatment and answered all my questions.
Dr Birtle was very knowledgable and explained everything in detail which I understood. This gave me confidence in the treatment I was to receive. She was very clear and confident and this gave me a clear understanding of the procedure. She answered any questions with knowledge and understanding. I feel confident in her care.
Following surgery at Christies Hospital in November 2014 I was put under the care of Dr.Birtle, she has been extreamly encouraging during my post operative care, she not only offers superb advice but always shows has a very pleasant disposition and a great interest in your well being. I fully understand she is under time pressures but on every occasion I meet her she gives me her undivided attention, regrettably not all doctors show the empathy displayed by her.
The NHS is certainly a much better institution with dedicated Doctors like Dr.Birtles.
I would certainly recommend her without hesitation to others.
Alison has been the complete professional from the minute I first met her. She has been clear, concise, shown tact and empathy but always honest and to the point with my treatment and diagnosis. I've always felt valued and treated with respect as an individual, not as just another patient and given the best treatment available, compared to other patients I've met under other consultants.
