when i was first diagnosed with breast cancer , i was scared and uncertain all the things you can imagine , after surgery , your then referred to your oncologist , and mine thankfully was dr board , who told me i needed chemo , radio and herceptin , she says now i was probably one of her top ten for most poorly on chemo , i didnt have a easy time , but when i felt i couldnt go on anymore dr board was there to push me and tell i had to, more like a friend than a doctor , i feel i will always have a bond with this lady , as she has made me laugh , made me cry and got me through the worst time of m life , i owe her everything and could never thank her enough cause if it wasnt for her i would never have completed my treatment . , if you are lucky enough to have dr board as your oncologist put your faith in her she knows best, i did and here i am to tell the story .
