Reviews
caring, listen and she is the best
From the moment we met Dr Birtle I knew my Dad was in the best and safest hands possible. Dr Birtle, along with her Team, has made all our visits more bearable. Each time we have met, I am struck by the way she interacts with her patients and family members, putting them at ease, showing great kindness and empathy, listening to any concerns and clarifying any questions with great sensitivity and tremendous professionalism. I cannot praise her highly enough and am so, so grateful for her care and support. I feel extremely lucky to have her looking after us and will never be able to thank her enough for helping us negotiate this, most difficult and extremely challenging, unwanted ‘journey’. EH
All the staff I met in the Department were cheerful & helpful despite dealing with the difficulties created by the recent ransomware attack. Dr Birtle was prompt for my appointment and was very pleasant & courteous during our meeting. She was informative, clear and open to questions, creating a warm & friendly atmosphere. I look forward to our next meeting with pleasure.
Dr Birtle is very understanding when discussing what treatment she's going to set up and how the treatment will affect the patient, and all follow up appointments are fully informative and she asks for and information regarding problems with the treatment.
I very pleased to have been under her care.
always very pleasant and positive and always remembers you
