I saw dr Ali Ahmed-shuaib today at my barkantine health centre appointment, I have seen him on many occasions I had sinus infections currently for fifteen years however I wanted teeth implants in budapest an X-ray showed irregular right sinus dr shuaib was fantastic he refered me to guys hospital the consultant done a ct scan and explained that my right sinus had not developed I didn’t really understand so I made an appointment with dr shuaib, he was great he explained everthing in easy terms with diagrams of the nose and sinus and put me at ease I cannot have implants however because he explained so well I now know all about my sinusitis which I never knew about before so I thank hunni m for that. I also had an appointment regarding my recent blood tests I have ankylosing spondylitis,uveitis which I am on eye drops for now I have regular bloods every 4weekly as I am on anti TNF injection simponi I have an infection and antibiotics now I get a lot of these due to the injection I am allergic to a few medications as well so my history is quite complex. However my last blood test came back and I received a call from doctor he went through the blood test so quick on the phone i didnt understand then I received a text message saying call for an appointment regarding your blood test I did and I saw dr shuaib today 01/12/2018 he explained my blood test to me in great detail test by test i also had a fasting diabetes test I showed diabetes in 2014 then borderline it has been fluctuating since then I asked what I could do to help myself as im on a lot of medication he took his time explained it can be reversed im not over weight and I have a good bm but it seems that when my arthritis in my body is active I cannot move I asked could this be a factor he said possibly I am very greatful that we have a lovely caring sympthatic doctor such as dr shuaib who takes time to explain exactly what is wrong and what you can do to try to help yourself, I have never had an explanation especially regarding my bloods and sinuses in such detail and easy to understand. Dr Ali Ahmed-shuaib is truely a caring kind and passionate doctor that cares about his patience health and wellbeing and has helped me understand my conditions And the impact it has on my body and I thank him for taking the time to help me as doctors in general do have alot of patients to see throughout the day and there are very few doctors who have time I think we are very fortunate as patients to have dr shuaib at the barkantine health centre as he is genuinely a great doctor

I found Dr Ali Ahmed-Shuaib, a very friendly and efficient Dr. What i like about him he is prepared to listen to your problem, and doesn't make you feel that you are being rushed, gives you time to explain yourself He has also has a very friendly approach, and you can tell in an instance that the treatment he decides will be the best choice. Hold this Dr in high esteem he really knows is profession.

Dr Ali discussed my case carefully with me, his approach was very systematic and scientific. He explained medical concepts using easy language and diagrams. Eventually, the cure he prescribed helped greatly alleviate my problem!
