Elisa has been an excellent person to work with during my medication titration as she is very helpful, gives good explanations, and it is clear that she works very hard. I cannot thank Elisa enough for everything she has done for me from the beginning to the (near) end of my titration. There had been a couple issues that I experienced during the process, but Elisa was, again, very attentive and gave clear instruction on how to go about solving said issues. I feel very fortunate to have had her as my prescriber.

Elisa was fantastic from start to finish with my titration process. Always quick to respond, helpful and informative. I didn’t get on with the first set of medication and Elisa was quick to listen to how I felt so they could be altered as soon as she was able to do so. I’m on a dosage and medication that works for me now and I feel so much better day to day and I’m truly grateful. Thanks again, and all the best!

Elisa made this whole process very easy. Even when there were issues with my blood pressure or a form was a day late, she was very understanding. It was nice that questions and queries were always answered quickly and I felt fully supported throughout the whole process. I feel very confident going forward and feel that titration was finished at the right point and that all the points I had were addressed!
