Elisa has been very clear and quick to respond to messages- including a short period of panic when stocks of medication ran out due to shortages in supply earlier in the year. Often responded at unsociable hours/weekends and was very easy/clear to deal with (far more so than some other medical companies I’ve had to speak to re:ADHD etc)

I am grateful to have Elisa as my assigned pharmacist. She responded to messages quickly and had good communication. She asked follow up questions about my symptoms and side effects of the medication which made me feel like she was actively engaged in my care instead of just going through the motions.
