Menaz is the best perscriber/pharmacist you could ask for. I honestly can't thank her enough for all of her support and care throughout my titration process. She went above and beyond to help me during the medication shortage, and listened to me and supported me as we found the right dose that worked for me. I couldn't have asked for a better perscriber and am really thankful I got Menaz.

I can't stress how grateful i am to have had this level of care. I was really anxious to start the medication but through the entire process, I've been thoroughly looked after, even the slightest concern to health meant more checks/conversations to make sure i was safe and to make any adjustments if needed. I actually feel a little emotional that titration is ending because I'll miss the weekly check ins/interactions with my nurse.

Not being able to have a phone call. Not even a 5-10 minute phone call to clarify can be quite distressing. Especially when you have to wait 48 hours. It would be much more helpful to at least have. 10-15 minute phone call when first starting to help with any queries. And just making sure we understand what we need to do.

Menaz has been throughout the medication process professional showed compassion empathy understanding and an outstanding support for my. 22 year old Son who has a year ago been diagnosed with a condition of ADHD Autism and a long history of mental health and drug addiction from an early age , Menaz prescribed and monitored my sons ADHD medication Antomoxitine every step of the way , she understood our anxieties re any side affects and gave us hope of a future happiness into recovery from a brain like circus to peace she always replied to our questions , menaz used her expertise and clear monitoring information to eventually change my sons and families lives A huge thank you and we recommend Menaz as an incredible pharmacist Onto the next chapter now as my son is handed over to his GP s care
