i attended my yearly review today 09.30. i felt safe upon entering with temperature check and sanitizer availability.
attended to on time, excellent visit due to the nurse who saw me, very thorough and sorted my pouch measurements to achieve a better fit. changing facilities excellent.

Tammy dealt with my treatment with confidence, although it was the first time she had done it. She listened to my comments and gave me confidence in the procedure.

Profile
I have been a registered nurse since 2007 and a prescribing nurse since 2017. I joined the Connect service as a specialist prescribing stoma nurse in 2020. Since joining the team I have completed in house training in stoma care and completed a university module in advanced stoma care in 2021.
Prior to joining the team I worked as a practice nurse with a specialist interest in diabetes and also at Queens Medical Centre in the head and neck department.
