My wife and I were not well and were at our wit's end. We were referred to Jackie at St. Mary's. I cannot praise her enough. She was kind, understanding and reassuring. We were feeling completely hopeless but she helped us to see that there was light at the end of the tunnel. Her empathy and sensitivity were hugely appreciated. To us she felt like an angel. She will always have our deepest gratitude.

Jackie is always willing to come and assess patients within the Emergency Department. She has access to our Symphony system so she often attends the Emergency Department before the patient has been referred.
