Been in chantry for what feels like for ever and Rachel is the first person I’ve met who listens and wants to give you the best treatments. Can’t recommend her enough as a professional. Lovely person.

I met Rachel today for the first time. Straight away she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I have been in the system since a young child and I can safely say if all the people in the mental health sector were like Rachel maybe I wouldn't need them today? She is very professional and has a great attitude to get the right treatment needed and for once I walked out of one of my appointments and cried not because it had gone bad but because I have never felt anyone had really listened before meeting Rachel, she didn't judge and gave great advice. I don't normally do these kind of things but I wanted other people who have had bad experiences in the mental health sector to know they're are some good ones still out there and Rachel is one!

Upon meeting Rachel for the first time I found her to be warm, welcoming and in listening mode from the outset. She made me feel comfortable immediately which enabled me to talk freely and honestly, without any inhibitions. She gave me the opportunity to explain what has been going on in my life of late which resulted in a dual dialogue relating to past and current issues which continue to be on-going and to which I cannot ever seeing a solution. I have now therefore decided to take control of the situation, continue with my recovery, which I believe to be progressing well, and get on and enjoy my life. I look forward to our next meeting to be scheduled in 4 weeks. Marion Clark
