I was terrified of my appt today and couldn’t stop crying. Mrs Selvaraj could not have been kinder, more patient, caring, I can’t find enough words to express how wonderful she was. She took her time and thoroughly explained my procedure, gave me options and choices. She has completely given my faith back in the NHS and is a wonderful ambassador for it. I wish she was in charge of all my healthcare.

She was professional and provided the information in a clear manner.the procedure was painful but she and her team put me at ease she also changed my coil for me which I appreciated as it was due to be removed. She kindly gave me another one , which avoided my having to get a follow up appointment at my GP to have another fitted .
