I am greatly reassured knowing that Lynne is just a text or phone call away when any problem arises.

Had a phone call from a stoma nurse today, she was very pleasant and helpful.

I found Lynne to be very understanding and having had an ileostomy since 1995 I am set in my ways, as you can imagine, which makes me not very open to suggestions, and at first I was not expecting the Nurse to meet my expectations, however, I was thankfully wrong in that respect. Lynne was kind and thoughtful and not pushy. She listened to me and her manner towards me made it feel comfortable enough for me to listen and take on some of her suggestions. She is also sending me some samples that might make my life easier. I have seen a heck of a lot of Stoma Nurses over the years and could probably count on one hand the amount of Nurses that showed me respect and was easy to be around, I can now count Lynne as one of them!
