Louise was very polite and respectful, her knowledge of Stoma care was brilliant and she listened intently to my questions and answers. She assisted me in measuring both of my stomas with great care to ensure my current appliances matched my immediate requirements. She then advised me on changing my Urostomy pouch to a 2-piece after some discussion, and went through the procedure of applying it to my body, she carefully cut out the plastic base plate and made sure it was fitted correctly before I left the building, and advised me of any after effects I might experience in the future. She was extremely reassuring and very professional in her outlook and it was a huge pleasure to meet her. I can't think how anything can be improved really, she was top notch.
