The nurses have all been very informative about my treatment and very importantly about preventative care once the ulcer has healed.
The care we receive as a group is exceptional, everyone is checked health wise and mental health wise. Without this care I think people would struggle so it is brilliant that as a group it gets people talking about their health and any problems they may have the team are there to answer any questions or help direct you in the right direction for an answer. This is vital care work for patients and would recommend any person who has had a cardiac problem to join one of these classes. I very much enjoy attending and have learnt a lot. Can't praise these people enough for all their hard work.
It is so refreshing feeling like I have been heard! James is the perfect person to be in this role. He shows great empathy and understanding. He was very clear and made sure I understood the "why and why nots" of my assessment and treatment options. He is a great asset to this organisation!
I was referred by my doctor to toby who i spoke to today and he was very understanding and seemed like he genreally cared unlike most he had time to speak to me and listen to me rather than shutting me down Toby was on the phone to me for almost an hour listening to me and done he's best to get me on the right track we need more mental health specialist like toby and I am very greatful he called me today and listened to me 5 stars all around for him
I am satisfied with how far ive come and the help i managed to find
Lady was very polite and informative
I clearly needed secondary care but was told I wouldn't get it and there's no point going on the waiting list is....so I had no choice but to continue counselling that was NEVER GOING TO WORK
ALSO I GOT DISCHARGED BECAUSE I DIDN'T CANCEL an APPOINTMENT...I've only cancelled two appointments, I called on both occasions...I have the proof in my phone....and you (the N.H.S) send me a letter saying I've been DISCHARGE for missing appointments....you lying!!!!
Michaela treated me with empathy and kindness. She didn't rush me especially when it was hard for me to get my words out and try to explain how I was feeling. She explained the process really well and I felt I could trust her to look after me during her part of the process.
Jennie Keane was very nice. She made me feel like she had time for me. I never felt rushed. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Jennie ensured I had contact details should I need to contact anyone. The service was faultless.
This service literally saved my life. I was so depressed and anxious after losing both my home and job during covid. The Stepps programme helped pull me out of a very dark place. I'm forever grateful to Kate, Phoebe and Mel for their support and patience during this very trying period.
