I clearly needed secondary care but was told I wouldn't get it and there's no point going on the waiting list is....so I had no choice but to continue counselling that was NEVER GOING TO WORK
ALSO I GOT DISCHARGED BECAUSE I DIDN'T CANCEL an APPOINTMENT...I've only cancelled two appointments, I called on both occasions...I have the proof in my phone....and you (the N.H.S) send me a letter saying I've been DISCHARGE for missing appointments....you lying!!!!
Suggested improvements
Stop lying....stop discharging people over appointments....if they are abusive or never do there appointments, then they should be punish
Your ARE EMOTIONAL BLACK MAILING vulnerable mental health patients and you think that this is acceptable behaviour....saying, we Don't care if you call or not......two strikes and the N.H.S will discharge you......who come up with such a foul idea!!!!!....ALL this dose is mask the poor service you provide, you should be Digusted with yourselves
