Kim was amazing! She gave my husband so much confidence after breaking a massive bone (femur). Her bedside manner is spot on, caring, gentle but encouraging too. Brilliant!

My care provider Sophie Fisher was very professional but also human and a deep listener. She tried to take my preference for further treatment / analysis to her superiors but unfortunately their response was not satisfactory to me and I don't think they understand how long-term mental health problems (c-PTSD) interact with physical chronic illnesses - in my case post-concussion syndrome. I was clear that my neurologist, a concussion specialist, strongly recommended I see a psychiatrist. But this team didn't think that was necessary - which is bewildering because they are not concussion / chronic illness specialists.
