Rawreth Court

Right from the first time you walk into rawreth court you are greeted by Janet a very friendly receptionist with a big smile. I then met the manager Alina what a lovely lady she is always available to answer any questions and concerns you may have. She showed me around and introduced me to members of staff. All of them from cleaner to nurse in charge are amazing and interact with both patients and families always with a smile and a chat offering tea and biscuits which is much appreciated. Kim and Claire are activity staff what an amazing pair arranging trips events and activities and generally keeping all happy. The food I have seen is lovely these patients are fed so well and even get special treats cakes etc . Overall good management and a good team.I leave feeling happy that my loved one is being so cared for and so do all my family.

I am the residents POA. This home has been their home for some time. The staff as fabulous. Always caring & considerate of the residents. Residents are always treated with respect & kindness. I never have to worry as i know that they are safe & very well cared for. The home is always very clean and no nasty smells. The food always looks nice. The residents are always clean & tidy and efforts are made so that their clothes match. Staff engage with residents, talking with them, walking with them, dancing with them. They are good with coaxing residents to eat & drink. Toilet needs are met at the time the resident indicates the need, and those who cannot tell are checked regularly. There is a lot of attention (correctly) given to skin maintenance. Everyone is friendly with residents and family & will try to accommodate them as much as is possible.

The care at Rawreth Court is outstanding. Staff are always very kind, caring, efficient, informative and go above and beyond. They take fantastic care of my mum. I am so grateful my mum is cared for by Rawreth Court. My mother's is outstanding.
