This service literally saved my life. I was so depressed and anxious after losing both my home and job during covid. The Stepps programme helped pull me out of a very dark place. I'm forever grateful to Kate, Phoebe and Mel for their support and patience during this very trying period.
Suggested improvements
I felt the programme was well balanced and delivered with compassion and respect.
I have no suggestions for improvements, it worked for me just fine. Just to add, you DO have to work at it yourself to see your own personal development.
