Nurse Debbie took my blood, i have severe needle fobia but she made me feel safe and calm, she got it first time and I hardly felt it.

Because I was given insoles to help me I was expecting to pay for them but was told they are free covered by the NHS

I have been a patient at Coombewood for several years. My care coordinator and other staff there have always treated me with kindness and respect.

I cannot think of anything that could have been done better.

I was treated with respect and wasn’t forced into doing or saying anything I didn’t want to, I was given time to get across my feelings and the gentleman (can’t remember his name sorry) was very empathic. Thank you.
