I spoke to 2 very different people.
The First Lady was lovely and helpful and caring.
The 2nd lady was not very interested then all of a sudden I got a letter to say the help was over
The person I saw talked me through every step of treatment, so it was all clear. He had a kind and caring approach
Stephen is an absolute gent. He’s wise, great at explaining himself and his ideas. These sessions have positively affected me AND my family beyond anything else I have ever done. Thank you.
Helpful, professional and kind caring people.
Many thanks
Toby did and is going above & beyond in helping me in a REALLY stressful negative time, and is contacting various people in order to help in multiple ways.
Friendly, professional man who actually listened to me and started my treatment straight away and as well referred me. Couldn’t have wanted a better service.
I brought my child, Amelia Hodey, in on the 27th April to the Hermit Youth centre in Brentwood to have her vaccination. She had missed three vaccinations at school as she has a fear or needles and refused to have them done. She is also autistic and gets very anxious about anything health related. I explained on the telephone before her appointment and was assured that we would get a longer appointment. When we arrived the nurse sat Amelia down and calmly explained what injections she needed and that she wouldn’t do anything without telling her first. Amelia was very anxious and said she would only have one injection today so we agreed for her to just have the meningitis vaccination for now and she could come back at a later date to have the others. The nurse was so kind and patient and spent ages calmly talking to Amelia and putting her at ease. It actually took 45 minutes for Amelia to finally let the nurse give her the injection but even so the nurse was incredibly patient with her (even when I was beginning to lose my patience!!) I don’t remember the nurses name but I just wanted to say that she did a brilliant job and we are so grateful for her kindness and patience that day.
The podiatrist was very informative and professional
The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
However, I think something can be done with the coordination between occupational health team and the TB department as the way information is disseminated makes the care receiver a bit anxious and nervous.
Everyone I’ve spoke to regarding this matter has been friendly and helpful
